At Keimac Circuit Solutions we know the importance of confidentiality. We know that many projects are secret in nature, therefore KCS will not share any of the pertinent information with anyone who is not involved with the project.

We understand as well that speed is a concern. Time-to-market is key. KCS will make every effort to expedite the capture, layout and assembly phases of your project so that your product dreams can quickly become a reality. Active involvement from the customer enhances this process, so we encourage you to be available for questions, especially early in the design.

In order to give an accurate quote we will need several things:
  • Board dimensions.
  • A copy of the schematics, either hand drawn or computer generated.
  • Component package verification (data sheets and preferred package size)
  • Dimensions of all fixed parts and pieces on the finished PCB.
  • Any areas on the board that need to be bare board; no parts or traces.

KCS will also need to know exactly what the request for work is:

  • Schematic capture.
  • Layout.
  • Parts Sourcing.
  • Proto boards.
  • Assembly.
