This process proves especially useful when prototyping parts of a circuit. You can't justify getting factory boards, yet you need to perform tests on boards that are close to the real thing.
For a fraction of the cost KCS can mill a board. We can even have the board sent out to a local board house and have the vias plated. If you really want close to a factory finish, we can even have the board HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling) finished.

The important factor here is that KCS can save you a great deal of time and money by milling the boards here. We can manage some pretty complex boards, so if you're in doubt, just contact us and we can let you know.
