This is an example of the documentation you can expect from KCS. Hard copies of schematics, layouts, gerbers and BOM. Along with this you receive a CD with all the information on it. |
If you are ready to begin debug on a set of boards but don't have the schematics or the layout to assist you, then the debug process becomes very difficult, especially with the complexity some boards have. We will send you copies of all the pertinent paperwork at the same time the completed boards are sent out.
Let's say that KCS has done a complete job for you, here is list of the paperwork that you can expect:
- A bound set of schematics.
- A binder containing:
- The layout.
- The gerbers.
- The BOM.
- The sources for all the parts and the corresponding contact names.
- The reflow statistics.
- A copy of all pertinent contracts and agreements.
Of course you can expect all of this information on a CD as well. Any other significant paperwork that comes up in the course of work will be included in the information package. If there is something else that you would like included, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you.
