Keimac Circuit Solutions has the ability to build your circuit boards for you. Whether you have a factory board or a board cut here, we can place the parts on the boards for you so that you can begin the trouble-shooting process as soon as you get your boards.
We can either manually dispense or use a stencil to apply the solder paste to the circuit boards. We can then place the parts and run the boards through a five zone reflow oven.

This process allows KCS to as closely as possible replicate the manufacturing process. This can save you time and money by finding manufacturing issues early in the design process. By the time you're ready to spin the last version, most of the manufacturing issues should already have been addressed and dealt with.

While KCS is not set up to handle large volume board manufacture, we are set up to handle the small runs that prototyping brings with it. We know that you don't want to make a thousand or even a hundred of a board when you are proving a concept. We are set up to build runs of one or two. We can then assist you further down the road when you want a larger run of several or dozens to prove out the design.
KCS is willing to work with tight time schedules to ensure you get the best product in the best time frame. This includes the building of your boards. We will do our very best to ensure your boards are built right and according to the schematic. We know the frustration of having boards not work right only to find a component has been put in wrong or a value is wrong.
